Questions doctors ask before paying
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Book a free demo and we will walk through Carenika with you in Bengali, using realistic cases, on your phone or computer.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your patient records and notes stay in your account. You simply cannot start new consultations until you renew.
Is there a contract or a minimum period?
No. It is month to month. Stop whenever you like, and export your records before you go.
Do I need an international card?
No. bKash and Nagad both work. That was a deliberate decision — most doctors here should not have to arrange a card to use clinical software.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Carenika runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. Nothing to install.
Who can sign up?
BMDC-registered physicians. Every doctor gives a BMDC registration number when setting up the account, and we check it. Clinical records should not be in the hands of people who are not clinicians.
Can my chamber assistant use it?
Yes. An assistant can log in with a separate code to manage the queue and upload old reports, without access to your clinical decisions.
